You think that beatport is too expensive?
You're damn right!!!
As you know, I'm not against digital download but I refuse to pay for mp3 or any other lossy format.
I need lossless files, but not at crazy prices!
Why the hell should I pay that much for files? Sometimes it's even cheaper to buy the CD!
Anyway, I finally found a good website.
Good? No! Fantastic!
They have all formats, you pay only once and may download all the formats you need.
As for me I'm taking WAV / AIF / Apple lossless. But they have lot more.
In the past weeks I bought
- VCMG - EP1 Spock
- VCMG - EP2 Single Blip
- Motor - Man Made Machine EP
- frYars - Visitors (same as the 3 remixes CD I'm still looking for)
All came with artwork.
Unfortunately, at the moment it's French only and they're selling to France, Belgium, Switzerland only.
But they're growing. (Btw, if you need a job they need people. I think they're in Paris).
Just compare the quality and the prices and you'll see.

I highly recommend this site to anyone.
Qobuz.com doesn't have the same exclusive rarities than Beatport (no "Oh Well by BLO dub" etc) but for instance you can get the "A Pain That I'm Used
To (Telex Remix 2)" for 1,29 €
around 20 minutes to finally succeed in log in here and message... what a hard task
