Bought the BC - DMCDX5.
Do the Stickers on it mean it's been imported from EU?
I''ve just noticed it says DMCDX5 on the side and DMCD5 on the bottom of the back, are they all like this?

Well spotted Paul, never noticed this before.
I just checked all the other DMCDXs and BC is the only one with this mistake.

Mine also comes in thin paper sleeve.
I think that only the US edition comes with the embossed sleeve.

All bought as one lot for a good price (GBP 70) - but unfortunately they
all came without the PVC sleeves. 
The seller put the CDs and inlays into jewel cases for extra protection but forgot to attach the original PVC sleeves. What's more, he threw them
away. 
Do you know where can I buy the same kind of PVC sleeves?
Unfortunately I've only found different ones...
