I can only concur with what has already been said. This has to be the best forum that I've been involved and while being a newbie and not contributing
a great deal (yet), this site is the first I check when online.
Thanks to everybody that has posted to ANY topic as you have all increased my knowledge of all things related to the fantastic DM. My life has become
richer for knowing about this site but at the same time becomes poorer everyday by feeding the habit 
Special thanks to all involved with the creation and upkeep of the site. Also to everybody I met in London in April who were so friendly. Last but not
least to Chris (Counterfeit) for the great deals, much appreciated.

This site has simply become an essential source of true pleasure and adrenaline to me whenever I switch on my computer and connect to the internet.
Thanks very much again to all involved, Lars, Vlad and all the other boardies who consider that sharing, helping and ... drinking beer with friends is
more important than piling up and gathering collector's items in a selfish way.
The great idea lying under this site is just connecting people, and it's been a huge success so far : Depmod conventions should be our priority from

Well, things like these may happen only at Depmoidland and only with beloved depmoids!!!
Rememebr selling my collection back in February and selling part of my cds to Robert M. (Demo), then started to rebuilt and one cd was missing to fill
the special "hole", posted on depmod request and few days after Robert emailed me on that cd and "just wait for it" these are his words!!!
I am touched, this item has arrieved two times in my collection and now its has a special halo around it

I still think of my dear friend Melissa Breitstein regularly. I met her in 1990 when she was in Australia visiting from Philadelphia, to see her
grandparents.
We used to talk for hours on the phone - she would hang up when she heard her dad coming! She sent me real photos of the 101 Concert, heaps of promo
flats, my beloved BTW US promo cd and USA 101 t-shirt. We regularly sent stuff to each other over the years. Meilissa had a real passion for 7"
singles and the Aussie gatefold sleeves, which in pre-internet times were hard to find. We knew more about each other than our own families. We lost
touch for a couple of years in the late nineties.
Just before Exciter was released, my mum had mentioned to me that "that girl from America" had phoned her late one night. She wrongly told her that
she did not have my phone number anymore... I stupidly forget sometimes the power of the internet and I searched for her family in the US white pages.
I found a reference to her family name and an email address. It was her brothers email. He told me that she had passed away not long after she had
phoned trying to find me.
You could take all the vinyl, the cds, the promo stuff, the shirts, the whole lot. I still miss her. I email KROQ and ask for them to play a track
sometimes. For her. She was a good friend who touched my heart who still lives on when I hear 101. I miss you mate. thank you for our good times
together.
