I havent listed it as a want on my japanese list because I still believe it is a fake.
If you can provide more info when possible....
I just dont see an argentine copy with a japanese obi making any sense...

Hed Arzi is an Israeli record company... and I have seen similar "promo" CDs from them. It is like when US record companies add the golden promo stamp
to the cover. I have never counted these items truly promotional items - but they are official items for sure.
So I think the CD above was marked as promo by Hed Arzi. So for me it is official - although totally worthless.
